Return Policy

1. Overview
Thank you for choosing Oldfrog International. Our Return Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning products and services purchased through our website.
2. Eligibility for Returns
a. To be eligible for a return, the product or service must be unused and in the same condition as received.
b. Returns are accepted within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +1 (206) 222-6427 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Or obtain the contact information of the product seller.
b. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
c. Ship the product or service, along with a copy of the original invoice or receipt, to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Non-Returnable Items
a. Certain products or services may not be eligible for return. These include consulting services where proprietary information has been shared.
5. Refund Process
a. Once the returned product or service is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
b. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
c. Refunds may take 7 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
a. If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with the same item, subject to availability.
b. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
